Highland Sanitation & Recycling offers residential and commercial snowplowing. These services can vary from plowing individual driveways to larger commercial lots to alley plowing in St. Paul. We have 5 trucks we use for plowing, which ensures that we’re always able to get the job done!

• Driveway Service – We offer seasonal and on call driveway plowing in the cities of Afton, West Lakeland, and Woodbury.
• Alley Plowing – We offer seasonal alley plowing in St Paul’s East Side and Highland Park neighborhoods. Prices vary between straight, "T" and "I" alley layouts
• Commercial Lots – We also offer seasonal plowing to commercial lots.
• We’re always accepting new alleys, driveways and commercial lots to plow! Please call or email us today to request an estimate!
• Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any snow shoveling services.
